How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
For customized products, pre-sale products, or products that require additional preparation, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.
Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping time is usually 7–14 business days after the order has been shipped.
Shipping time may vary depending on your destination country or region, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Please note that order processing time and shipping time are separate. The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. DOMIBRICK offers free standard shipping on orders of $69.90 or more.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order subtotal reaches $69.90 or more. No discount code is required.
This free shipping policy is currently available for orders shipped to the United States and other countries or regions supported at checkout.
Please note that free shipping applies to eligible products and supported shipping destinations only. Some oversized, special, customized, or limited items may be excluded.
Final available shipping methods and costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If you have not received tracking information or your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at service@domibrick.com with your order number.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, high order volume, or other situations beyond our control.

What should I do if my package is lost?
If your tracking information shows that the package has not been delivered for an unusually long time, please contact us at service@domibrick.com.
We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier. Depending on the result of the investigation, we may offer a replacement, resend the order, or provide another suitable solution.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@domibrick.com.
If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
DOMIBRICK is not responsible for delivery failure, return, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be resent.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@domibrick.com.
If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, unopened or in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Return addresses may vary depending on your location and order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or missing parts, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the replacement or return shipping cost depending on the situation.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us at service@domibrick.com within 7 days after delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, photos of the outer packaging and product packaging, and a description of the problem.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, resend missing parts, provide a partial refund, or arrange another suitable solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
